POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND HOW OUR PM MODI IS WORKING WITH THIS

I'm not sure if this qualifies as India getting better or not but here's the small story of a indian aam aadmi.....
      On 2nd May 2016, Sumit went to a petrol pump to fill diesel in his car.
To his surprise he received the diesel bill for 74 litres in spite of the fact that the the Maximum Capacity of the Car was 70 litres and he already had 5-10 litres of diesel in the car.

It was clearly a case of fraud and looting of customers at this petrol station.

Furthermore, when he tried arguing and asked about the details the staff was very rude and gave excuses such as...

1. Your car may have a bigger tank
2. We know everyone at Police so if you want you can go and complain.
3. they suggested to put this matter on Social Media.
4. Our boss knows Mr. Kejriwal personally so nothing can harm us.

"Petrol Pump employees think themselves beyond the law and can openly in a good posh locality loot people so openly. This obviously is happening because the Petrol Pump owner must be an influential person who have trained his employees to behave in this fashion. It's not the money that matters but it's the behaviour and the way they made me feel in front of my family. I need this message to go to the right authorities to see the corruption is not only happening in Government agencies but it's more prominent at such places where common man is looted of his hard earned money in broad day light. Mr. Kejriwal can I expect your support in this? Imagine the level of fraud and the money these guys are making. Friends please help me by sharing my grievance on your wall so that this reaches to this right authority. Jai Hind, Mera Bharat Mahan!"

But this is not this story all about, What's surprising is how this was later handled....

->He got a message from Petroleum Minister Dharmender Pradhan assuring Resolution
->Got call from BPCL
->Got call from Petrol pump

While this should or should not be attributed to #DIGITALINDIA or #narendraModi #PetroleumMinister #DharmendraPradhan is debatable.

But it's also true that these kind of stories have started coming out in media,social media in last few years only and Mr Modi & his group of MPs are doing excellent job by responding to the aam aadmi raising relevant issues.
Its indeed a great step by the PM who himself is very active on social media and has forced all his MP,MLA's to focus on interacting more with common people over social media.

Be it Electrifying Villages,Energy Minister, Roadways minister their active engagement via social media is commendable on the other hand its surprising to see that majority in congress are still inactive  :( :(

So yeah..............The Change is here.
India is definitely getting better under mr Modi because of his focus on Technology like Social Media,Apps :)
And credit also goes to vigilant citizens like Sumit Parmar and Rishikesh Acharya  who take up the issue and complaints through the relevant channels by refusing to accept the "Chalta He" attitude of lazy people.
